Because of this growth, we are seeking skilled Managers for our retail and restaurant operations with 2-3 years of experience in management. These positions require the ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives. Also, candidates must have the knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Finally, it is important that our Managers build, coach, and develop their teams. This requires an ability to determine the staffing needs of their units, and interview, hire, and train new employees.
